Warranty

Mindesa products are covered by a 2-years limited manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to Mindesa backpacks, kids, office, travel and gym bags against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

  • Zippers and zipper runners

  • Stitching defects

  • Trolley mechanism defects

  • Handle defects

  • Wheel defects

  • Lock mechanism defects

  • Manufacturing faults in material or workmanship

Repair Policy

In case a product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Mindesa will:

  • Repair the product free of charge wherever possible

  • Replace the defective part if repair is not feasible

Service Process

To avail warranty service, customers are required to:

  • Visit the nearest authorized Mindesa Customer Service Center.

  • Carry the original proof of purchase/invoice.

  • Present the product for inspection by our service team.

After inspection, if the issue is found to be a genuine manufacturing defect and covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or the defective component will be replaced at no cost.

* Please note that transportation, courier, or travel expenses incurred in bringing the product to the service center shall be borne by the customer.
