Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

Note: Product must be unused with original tags attached.

The Return Process

  • Pickup will be arranged by the delivery agent.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after quality check.

To process a return request, customers may be asked to share:

  • Order details

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos showing the issue
