Our Process

Design Phase
Gather ideas and trends from the market, fashion shows, and customer feedback. Concept Development: Sketch initial designs and create mood boards. Material Selection: Choose fabrics, leather, hardware (zippers, buckles), and other materials.

Sourcing
Lay out the chosen materials on a flat surface; Pattern Tracing: Place the patterns on the material and trace them with a fabric marker or chalk; Cutting: Carefully cut out the traced pieces using sharp scissors or a rotary cutter, ensuring precision to avoid any material wastage.
03.
Assembly
Stitch together the cut pieces, including main body construction, pocket and compartment creation, strap and handle attachment, and hardware installation (zippers, buckles, etc.)
04.
Quality Control
Check each bag for defects in stitching, material quality, and overall finish, and ensure zippers, buckles, and straps work correctly.
